As one of the Managing Partners, Randy spearheads national business development, mentors recruiters, provides market intelligence, performs strategic needs assessments, and engages in candidate searches for his clients.
Since co-founding TBA Executive Search, Randy has created consultative partnerships with clients ranging from venture capital backed start-up medical companies to Fortune 50 corporations in the medical imaging, medical device and healthcare IT industries. His placements have encompassed customer representatives to senior level executives in all functional areas including sales, marketing, services, engineering and general management.
Randy draws from over 20 years of clinical and sales management experience with major medical technology companies, and is considered one of the industrys foremost experts. His strategic consultation, niche market knowledge, and enthusiasm enable him to approach each assignment with an energy that engages clients and candidates throughout the process to successful completion.
After early education in Radiological Sciences and pre-medical studies, Randy completed his education with a BS in Business Administration at California State University. Prior to joining TBA Executive Search, he was a sales executive for Toshiba America Medical Systems, where he developed and led a successful team of imaging sales professionals and led corporate business and strategic development projects.
